About the desk
A quiet recharge service for one transit card.
Abudhabibuscard FZ-LLC is a small bilingual desk that helps Hafilat-card holders add credit online. We do not operate buses, we do not issue cards and we do not set fares. Our role is narrow on purpose: forward a card payment from a rider to the Integrated Transport Centre backend so the credit posts on the next sync.
Why we exist
The Hafilat self-service kiosks at every major station do the same job perfectly. The desk grew out of a simple weeknight problem — when the queue runs long after a Mussafah shift, a quick browser top-up before the bus leaves the depot is calmer than waiting in line. The site keeps that one job on a single page.
What we hold
The minimum needed to push a recharge: the 13-digit Hafilat ID printed on the card, a mobile number for the receipt, the chosen amount and the order ID returned by the bank. Card numbers never reach our server — the card desk runs on a separate subdomain and a different store.
Two languages
Service language is English and Arabic. The switch flips the layout direction and re-renders the copy. We keep the wording close to the printed labels on the Hafilat card itself, so a rider does not need to translate twice.
A few honest notes
We are not part of the Integrated Transport Centre. We are an independent online desk that mirrors a public top-up endpoint. The fare table, the discount profiles and the network availability follow ITC rules — the desk only forwards the order. If something on the bus reader does not match this site, the bus reader is right.
