Who is the data controller

What we collect

• Order data — the 13-digit Hafilat ID, the chosen amount, the card type, the order reference returned by the bank.
• Contact data — the mobile number and, on the contact form, the email and the message body.
• Technical data — IP address, browser version and the timestamp of the request.

What we do not collect

The card number, the expiry date and the security code never reach our server. Card details are entered on the card desk subdomain and stay inside the card-processor systems.

Why we collect it

• To pass the order to the Integrated Transport Centre backend (legal basis: contract performance).
• To send a receipt by SMS (legal basis: contract performance).
• To answer a contact form ticket (legal basis: legitimate interest).
• To prevent fraud, abuse and chargeback disputes (legal basis: legitimate interest).

How long we keep it

Order data is kept for five years from the order date for accounting reasons. Contact-form messages are kept for two years. Server logs are rotated after 90 days.

Who else sees the data

• The card processor — for the card transaction itself.
• The Integrated Transport Centre backend — for the credit posting.
• The hosting provider — for the technical operation of the website.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the order data on file, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion of the contact-form data. Send the request from the email used to place the order, to contact@abudhabibuscard.com. The reply lands within ten working days.

Cookies

The Cookies page lists the small set of cookies the site uses. There is no marketing pixel and no third-party tracker on the site.
