Terms of service

Effective date: 15 May 2026 · last review: 15 May 2026

1. Parties

“The desk”, “we”, “us” means Abudhabibuscard FZ-LLC, a private limited company registered in the United Arab Emirates with the address 5 Al ʻIrazeel St — Al Bateen — W11 — Abu Dhabi. “The rider”, “you” means anyone who uses the website to place a Hafilat top-up.

2. What the service is

The service is an online forwarding desk for Hafilat top-ups. We collect a payment from the rider through a third-party card processor and pass the amount, the card identifier and the order reference to the Integrated Transport Centre back-office for the next sync.

3. What the service is not

We are not the issuer of the Hafilat card. We do not run the bus, ferry or coach network. We do not change fare profiles, freeze cards or replace lost cards. We do not have permission to act on behalf of any government body.

4. The order

An order is created when the rider opens the recharge form, types in the Hafilat ID, the amount and the mobile number, and submits the form. The card data is entered on the separate card desk and stays inside the card-processor systems.

5. Fees

The rider pays the requested amount in AED. Bank-side currency conversion fees are decided by the issuing bank and not by us. The desk does not add a service fee on top of the requested amount.

6. Sync and posting

The new credit posts to the Hafilat backend on the next sync after the bank confirmation. The desk has no permission to push the credit faster than the sync window.

7. Refunds

Refund handling follows the Refund policy page. In short: 14-day window, unused credit only, return to the same card.

8. Liability

The desk is liable for the proper forwarding of the order to the Hafilat backend up to the amount the rider paid for the order in question. The desk is not liable for travel disruption, route changes, fare-table updates or any other event under the responsibility of the Integrated Transport Centre or any third party.

9. Stop-list

The rider must not use the desk for fraudulent top-ups, money-laundering, automated mass orders, or any activity contrary to UAE law. The desk may decline an order at its discretion.

10. Change of terms

The desk may update these terms. The newest version is the one published on this page; the change date is shown above.

11. Governing law

The agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Abu Dhabi.
